Qualipso Brasil

Free software tools are becoming widely present on people's daily activity. To demystify the development process used by this tools, QualiPSo project was created with the objective of evaluate this process. In this project it is shown the importance of bug management systems for the quality and success in free software development, how this systems are inserted in the process and how its used. There is also a study of the metrics gathered by the QualiPSo project and others present in the literature, serving as a starting point for the redesign of the tool Bicho,  aiming to help the process assessment of tools that use such bug management systems.
